Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Director, Retail Account Management, we are seeking a Senior Retail Account Manager, Walmart & National Retail, who will be responsible for strategic management of our brick-and-mortar partnerships with the goal of establishing MANSCAPED® as the market leader in sales and service. This role will be responsible for the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver against our company goals. A self-starter and able to work independently, the ideal candidate will be expected to contribute to the strategic vision and support the plan through to implementation. Focus will be on the North American Walmart business as well as other retail partners.

Responsibilities:
- Balance all aspects of Account Management including short term execution and mid to long term business planning
- Own sales forecast execution to include retailer specific promotional activity and in-store experience while working collaboratively with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Retail Sales Ops and Finance) to deliver on quarterly sales goals
- On-going reporting and analysis of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution (inventory vs. sales vs. forecast)
- Communicate business updates to all stakeholders internally and externally on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Contribute to merchandising strategy process, tactical planning & execution
- Own relationship with buyer(s) and demand planner(s) to execute formalized, value-added engagement plan with established feedback loop to act on customer input
- Management of third-party sales representative agencies
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial experience, experience with fast moving consumer goods companies strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience working directly with buyer(s) at Walmart USA
- Experience in beauty or personal care industry, selling to mass retail preferred
- Residing in Bentonville, AR preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience creating and delivering customer-facing content to include presentations, range reviews and pricing reviews
- Nielsen/IRI analytics & insights-based selling experience
- Experience working with Syndicated data, Household and Panel data, plan-o-gram analysis, and marketing concepts
- Driver type personality: creative, proactive, outgoing, and resilient. Exhibits a bias for action
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, complimented by effective verbal and written communication
- Highly collaborative, open minded and focused on continuous learning
- Understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize the flow of goods
Compensation Range
$130,000 - $140,000 USD
