Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Director, FP&A, MANSCAPED® is seeking a motivated Senior Manager, FP&A Products and Channels to join our Finance team! This role will lead MANSCAPED® reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes for all our global products and Product Development functions, including pricing, cost and margin decision support. The ideal candidate will provide financial analyses that will support tactical and strategic business decisions. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with senior leadership across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary Finance lead for our global Products and Product Development organization 
  • Consolidated P&L responsibility for companywide SKU sales, COGS, and gross profit & margins 
  • Assist in the development of Product-line P&L’s 
  • Support Product Development w/ product business cases, pricing decisions, establish product line margin targets, and strategic initiatives 
  • Decision support for the company’s product pricing and discounting strategies 
  • Product benchmarking support for Product Development 
  • Establish metrics to measure costs and gross profit & margins 
  • Develop financial reporting and KPI’s for internal and external use 
  • Lead, establish, improve our monthly/quarterly/annual and long-term forecasting exercises, and forecast to actuals variance analyses 
  • Assist with forecasting exercises as they relate to our channels (Direct-to-Consumer, Marketplaces and Retail) 
  • Support our Operations functions with COGS reduction initiatives (decision support and tracking) 
  • Support our Demand Planning functions with inventory purchase forecasting and tracking 
  • Drive process and reporting automation and efficiencies, including financial reporting systems improvements and implementations (Oracle EPM – Planning & Budgeting) 
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor Sr. Financial Analyst(s) 
  • Ad hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reporting 
  • Support of strategic initiatives and primary finance lead for our strategic plan 
  • Provide primary support for ongoing business development across departments and channels 
  • Develop and manage senior analyst(s) supporting COGS and gross margins 
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Finance with experience consolidating and reporting of budgets, forecasts, variance analyses; and strong modeling and analytical skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA is a plus 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, policies, and procedures; experience in E-commerce, Marketplaces and Retail environment is a plus 
  • Functional knowledge of GAAP accounting and concepts 
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills 
  • Financial Reporting and/or Planning Systems experience; NetSuite or Oracle EPM preferred 
  • Prior experience supervising staff preferred 
  • Role has frequent exposure to senior leadership, and therefore must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Work well in a fast paced, team-oriented, dynamic and matrix environment 
  • Must be curious, accurate, and detail oriented

Compensation Range

$150,000 - $165,000 USD
