As a mission-driven digital health company, our team spans clinical, technology, and business functions. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will need to navigate complexity and bring alignment across these teams to successfully introduce new products to market, shape compelling messaging, and deliver impactful sales enablement programs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Mantra’s Head of Marketing and senior leaders across the organization, while making a measurable impact on the company's growth trajectory and student outcomes.

Conduct deep research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends in higher ed and mental health, and the needs of prospective clients. This candidate will also translate customer insights into actionable strategies that inform product and marketing decisions.

GTM Enablement & Collaboration: Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and training materials that equip our sales team to communicate value with clarity and confidence.

Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align product marketing efforts with targeted ABM campaigns. Contribute strategic messaging, assets, and insights tailored to key accounts and segments, helping drive pipeline and revenue from our most important prospects and accounts.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to drive alignment and maximize the impact of product launches and GTM campaigns.

Who You Are

You have 7-9 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within behavioral health. You’ve brought B2B tech-enabled healthcare services and products to market and know how to build compelling positioning and GTM strategies that resonate with decision-makers.

You have experience planning and executing GTM strategies for new launches and high-stakes initiatives. You understand what it takes to move a product from idea to adoption.

You thrive at the intersection of cross-functional teams, bringing together diverse perspectives to drive shared outcomes. You’re a skilled communicator who keeps alignment top of mind.

You take ownership of your work and drive projects to completion. You measure success through outcomes and hold yourself to a high standard of impact.

You excel at synthesizing market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and differentiate the brand.

You’ve built tools that make sales teams stronger—from decks and one-pagers to battle cards and onboarding sessions. You know how to translate features into value.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
