The Opportunity 

As a Senior Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our global client engagements. You will be a trusted advisor to finance managers and account teams, providing critical insights and guidance to drive profitability and growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Financial Partner: Serve as a key financial business partner to finance managers for several global brands, providing strategic guidance and support. 

• Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for preparation, analysis, and interpretation of complex customer reporting, financial statements, and profitability reports. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance. 

• Performance Management: Oversee the follow-up of customer reporting, financial performance, and profitability metrics, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. 

• Collaboration & Influence: Engage in ongoing collaboration with account managers, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 

• Process Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of enhanced reporting processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. 

• Accounting Oversight: Manage the accounting function from A-Z for a designated legal entity, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 

• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 

• Project Management: Lead and manage financial projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Your Profile 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced financial professional with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Education: A relevant financial education, such as a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting  

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as a Controller or Auditor, with a strong focus on reporting process improvement, documentation, and compliance with accounting standards. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems. 

• Experience with project management methodologies. 

• Leadership Qualities: 

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

• A collaborative and supportive team member with a positive attitude.
