What will your day look like?
As part of VML MAP's finance department, you'll work across various financial areas, developing a strong business understanding.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up on employee expenses to ensure accurate documentation and correct posting in our finance systems
- Monitoring and validating time registrations from employees, including ensuring all hours are submitted, correctly logged, and approved by relevant stakeholder
- Coordinating with teams to meet internal deadlines related to time reporting and month-end closing
- Gaining insight into existing finance processes and contributing to their improvement based on your daily tasks and observations
- Supporting the finance team with various ad hoc tasks
The position is for 22.5 hours per week, preferably spread across 3 days. The working days in the end of the month will be busier than the beginning of the month, but we naturally accommodate your academic schedule and exams when planning your hours.

Ideally, you also possess:
- Strong Excel proficiency and solid IT skills
- Interest in conducting detailed Excel analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain overview
- Strong English communication skills
