  • Support field teams by providing updated layouts, coordinated drawings, dimensions, and model information.
  • Assist with as-built model updates and final project documentation.
  • Follow established BIM standards, naming conventions, quality-control procedures, and project requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and model quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience in BIM, drafting, design, construction technology, engineering technology, architecture, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in BIM modeling, Revit design, construction drafting, CAD design, or related project coordination work.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks or similar clash-detection and coordination software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and field-installation considerations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and document-control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple model revisions, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, construction, subcontractor, and field teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, cleanroom, data center, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Revizto, or other construction coordination platforms.
  • Familiarity with clash-detection workflows, coordination logs, model review meetings, and construction document management.
  • Experience coordinating models across mechanical, plumbing, process, structural, architectural, civil, fire protection, or other construction disciplines.
  • Experience supporting field coordination, installation drawings, prefabrication planning, or as-built documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction safety requirements and jobsite coordination practices.

What Success Looks Like

  • BIM models are accurate, organized, current, and aligned with project standards.
  • Potential conflicts are identified early and communicated clearly to the appropriate project teams.
  • Construction teams receive coordinated, usable model information that supports efficient field execution.
  • Drawing revisions, model updates, and project documentation are completed on time and maintained accurately.
  • Collaboration between engineering, construction, subcontractors, and field personnel improves through reliable BIM coordination.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
