Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and support tasks for semiconductor-related equipment, chemical systems, tools, and facility systems.
Support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and basic operational checks.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, chemical delivery, and process support systems.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, lockout/tagout procedures, safety protocols, and cleanroom requirements.
Operate hand tools, power tools, meters, and basic mechanical or electrical equipment safely.
Assist with material handling, parts replacement, equipment staging, and worksite organization.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and cleanroom standards.
Document maintenance activities, task completion, equipment issues, and work performed.
Escalate safety concerns, system issues, unclear instructions, or equipment abnormalities to the appropriate supervisor or lead.
Work closely with engineers, technicians, contractors, vendors, and customer representatives to support project and maintenance needs.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree, trade school, or technical training preferred.
Hands-on mechanical, electrical, facilities, industrial, or maintenance aptitude.
Ability to follow structured instructions, SOPs, checklists, and safety requirements.
Comfortable working in semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, construction, cleanroom, or facility environments.
Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently when assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an active industrial or project environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, semiconductor, chemical systems, manufacturing, industrial construction, cleanroom, MEP, or tool installation environments.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, piping, pumps, valves, sensors, controls, or chemical delivery systems.
Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance.
Cleanroom or semiconductor fab environment exposure.
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, LOTO, or other safety-related certifications preferred.
Ability to read basic technical drawings, work instructions, maintenance checklists, or equipment documentation.
Bilingual English/Mandarin skills preferred but not required.

Job Overview
Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler / Designer to support large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona.
This role will develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models, coordinate model updates with engineering and construction teams, support clash detection, and help produce construction-ready drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Revit and other BIM coordination tools in a construction, industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for construction and facility projects.
