  • Familiarity with electrical and/or piping materials, with the ability to verify material characteristics against project requirements.

  • Ability to read and interpret material specifications, approved submittals, purchase orders, drawings, and manufacturer documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and communicate material discrepancies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work in warehouse and active construction environments and comply with site safety and PPE requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, construction management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience inspecting both electrical and piping materials.

  • Experience supporting semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or other advanced manufacturing projects.

  • Familiarity with material traceability, material test reports, certificates of compliance, and nonconformance reporting.

  • Familiarity with relevant ASTM, ASME, UL, or NEMA standards as applicable to the materials being inspected.

  • Experience with electronic inspection records, inventory systems, or document control platforms.
