- Calculating the business cases between different fulfillment network strategies
- Understand different inventory optimization models (ROP, Kanban etc)
- Strong knowledge of SC metrics and the different levers and tradeoffs to achieve them
- Experience with a sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle
What we look for:
- Impeccable integrity and character
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in the face of overwhelming complexity
- Clear communication skills for both internal teams and external partners
- Adept at Excel, google sheets, and a variety of enterprise / collaboration software
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, well adapted, motivation of a self-start, and able to function independently
- Enjoy working with functional teams to solve planning and logistics challenges
- Able to detect subtle demand pattern changes, come up with a plan, execute it, and course correct as necessary
- Curiosity to understand what is driving our demand both at a macro and micro level
- Enjoys lots of data, but knows how to organize it into actionable insights
- A healthy sense of humor for when plans don’t go as planned
- A relentless desire to improve processes
Important Note:
Although we list what we generally look for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that you have that could make you a great fit, but they are not currently listed. Research has shown this especially applies to women and other marginalized groups, who tend to apply if they check 100% of every box, versus men who apply if they hit roughly 60%. The point we’re getting at, it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and apply!
