Sourcing Analyst

What will you own?
- Develop and execute commodity strategies for additive materials and hardware aligned with business goals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials (metals, polymers, resins, composites) used in additive manufacturing.
- Lead procurement of hardware systems, including 3D printers, support equipment, and post-processing tools.
- Identify, engage, and manage local contract manufacturers for prototyping and low- to mid-volume production in Poland and CEE.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Production, and Quality to align supply chain initiatives with technical and operational requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, risk, market trends, and new technologies in the additive manufacturing space.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation, including pricing, lead times, supplier audits, and contracts.
What you have:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or procurement—preferably in additive manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience sourcing additive manufacturing materials (e.g., powders, filaments, photopolymers).
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies (SLS, SLA, DMLS, FDM, MJF, etc.).
- Strong track record of hardware sourcing, including production machinery and tools.
- Experience with contract manufacturing sourcing in Poland and/or CEE.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.
- Excellent communication in Polish and English.
- Proficient in ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Sage).
- Ability to travel locally and within Europe (up to 10%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO, REACH, RoHS, and related compliance frameworks
- Experience with sustainability and circular economy practices in procurement.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and cost modeling techniques.
