Principal Marketing Operations Specialist

As Principal Marketing Operations Specialist you will be part of our Demand Generation team, assisting with the success of our lead generation initiatives.
What will you own:
- Manage and support all Marketing campaign efforts in Marketo, including but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining webforms
- Lead list uploads
- Campaign creation
- QA and troubleshoot tracking issues for the above
- Manage email operations, such as:
- Creating email templates / filling template with content
- Scheduling and sending emails
- Email performance reporting
- Own the definition, documentation, and enforcement of marketing operations processes, including:
- Campaign and program naming conventions
- Campaign type taxonomy
- List upload templates and required fields
- Data standards required for automation and reporting
- Support and maintain the B2B lead lifecycle in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring:
- Accurate stage progression
- Consistent definitions
- Reliable funnel and conversion reporting
- Partner with regional marketing teams to drive alignment on shared definitions and templates
- Identify manual, repetitive workflows and work with Business Systems to design and enable scalable automation
- Manage Marketo system changes and coordinate with Business Systems
- Ensure system adherence and data quality across Marketo and Salesforce
- Build and maintain reports to track lead progression and campaign performance
- Own and deliver systems training for relevant users
- Track project progress, communicate risks or delays, and proactively flag areas for improvement
- Any other duties as reasonably required
What you have:
- Provent marketing operations experience
- A good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Drift, etc.
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, analytically curious and highly motivated to succeed in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using marketing automation, preferably Marketo
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment working among engineers, software developers and creative marketers
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow

Salary Range
The pay range for this role is expected to be between 193,800 - 228,000 PLN (annually).
Other compensation may include an annual cash bonus, a comprehensive benefits package and other social benefits. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
