As a Renewals Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting MIG’s marketing efforts by managing the renewal process for existing accounts. You’ll play a key role in helping retain business by coordinating with carriers, clients, and internal teams to deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the renewal process for existing MIG clients by gathering required information and coordinating with carriers to provide competitive quotes
Use MIG tools and carrier portals to manage the renewal lifecycle efficiently
Communicate with underwriters, finance companies, and internal stakeholders to assemble comprehensive renewal packages
Monitor and manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring accounts are proactively marketed and submitted on time
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and carrier partners to provide outstanding service throughout the renewal process
Follow established procedures while using independent judgment to match clients with appropriate insurance products
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Uphold the highest ethical and confidentiality standards

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Previous insurance or transportation industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
