What You’ll Achieve  

• 확장 가능하고 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터 프로세스를 설계·운영하여 지표를 일원화하고, 내부 데이터 정합성과 활용도를 높입니다.
• 대시보드 및 리포트 등을 통해 Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, Operations 등 주요 팀이 더 빠르고 정확한 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 지원합니다.
• 제품 및 운영 데이터를 분석하여 제품 혁신과 프로세스 효율성을 이끌어낼 인사이트를 도출합니다.
• 데이터 팀의 확장과 함께 회사내의 데이터 기능 전반을 발전시켜 나가며, 리더십 역할로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 가집니다.

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

• 데이터 분석 또는 관련 분야에서 7년 이상의 경험
• SQL에 대한 높은 숙련도 및 Python 또는 R을 활용한 고급 데이터 분석 경험
• Airflow 등 데이터 파이프라인 도구를 활용하여 데이터를 통합하고 정제하여, 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터 기반 환경을 구축한 경험
• 빠르게 성장하는 조직에서 여러 팀과 협업하며 임팩트를 만들어낸 경험

 

Nice to Have

• 최신 데이터 스택과 분석 기법에 대한 이해 및 직접 데이터 파이프라인 구축해본 경험
• 데이터 거버넌스 체계를 수립하고, 데이터 관련 이니셔티브를 주도하거나 데이터 팀을 성장시킨 경험
• BI툴 및 데이터 도구를 활용해 팀 간 데이터 기반 커뮤니케이션을 주도한 경험
• 인공지능(AI) 도구를 능숙하게 활용하여 업무 생산성을 높인 경험
