마크비전은 글로벌 브랜드 보호 시장에서 가장 빠르게 성장하고 있는 B2B 스타트업입니다. 매일 1,500개 이상 플랫폼에서 3,000만 건 이상의 데이터를 분석하며, 이를 브랜드 신뢰 구축을 위한 사업과 제품으로 전환하고 있습니다. LVMH, MLB, 포켓몬, 라이엇게임즈 등 글로벌 브랜드가 마크비전을 통해 IP를 보호하고 있으며, Y Combinator(S21) 배치 기업으로 최근 700억원 규모의 시리즈B 투자를 유치했습니다.

현재 마크비전은 데이터 기반 의사결정 체계를 본격적으로 구축하기 위해 데이터 조직을 새롭게 만들고 있습니다. 고객과 제품에 대한 깊이 있는 인사이트 발굴부터 전사 지표 체계 설계, 누구나 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 분석 환경 구축까지, 마크비전 데이터 조직의 기반을 처음부터 함께 설계하고 실행할 Data Analyst를 찾고 있습니다.

아래와 같은 질문들을 함께 해결합니다. 

• 제품의 워크플로우 중 어느 구간에 집중해야 큰 성과를 거둘 수 있는가?
• 고객이 이탈하는 이유는 무엇이고, 어떻게 탐지할 수 있는가?
• 사업과 제품의 가치를 측정하는 지표는 무엇이고, 전사가 어떻게 추적할 수 있는가

 

What You’ll Achieve  

• MarqVision 각 제품별 워크플로우 분석 및 인사이트 발굴
• 고객사 리텐션 및 이탈 요인 분석 및 탐지
• 제품 우선순위 의사결정 위한 임팩트 시뮬레이션
• 통합 지표 체계 디자인 및 전사 대시보드 운영
• 주요 이해관계자 요청에 대한 ad-hoc 분석 및 반복 업무 자동화

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

• 데이터 분석가 3년 이상 경력을 갖추신 분 
• 분석 계획 수립부터 인사이트 도출, 보고서 작성까지 end-to-end 경험해보신 분 
• SQL 활용한 중급 이상 숙련도(postgres, mysql, bigquery 등 1가지 이상)
• 분석을 위한 중간 테이블 및 집계 로직 설계 경험이 있으신 분
• 대시보드 설계 및 BI 도구 활용 경험해보신 분 

 

Nice to Have

• 제품/사업 조직과 협업하며 비즈니스 맥락과 분석 방법론을 균형있게 고려하여 의사결정에 기여한 경험해보신 분 
• 인공지능(AI) 도구를 능숙하게 활용하여 업무 생산성을 높인 경험해보신 분 
• 영어 혹은 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추신 분
• 목표 중심으로 몰입하여 결과 도출까지 빠른 실행력을 갖추신 분
• 대시보드 또는 사내 데이터 제품을 사용자 경험 측면에서 고민해본 분
• 다양한 상황에 대처하는 유연한 문제해결력을 갖춘 분
