현재 마크비전은 데이터 기반 의사결정 체계를 본격적으로 구축하기 위해 데이터 조직을 새롭게 만들고 있습니다. 안정적이고 확장 가능한 데이터 파이프라인 구축부터 전사 지표를 실시간으로 제공하는 인프라 설계, 누구나 데이터를 신뢰하고 활용할 수 있는 분석 환경 구축까지, 마크비전 데이터 조직의 기반을 처음부터 함께 설계하고 실행할 Data Analytics Engineer를 찾고 있습니다. 

 

What You’ll Achieve  

• 서비스 성장 속도를 뒷받침하는 확장 가능한 데이터 파이프라인 구축 및 운영
• RDB·NoSQL 데이터 소스 간 데이터 정합성 문제를 정의하고 구조적으로 해결
• 전사 지표 체계 및 ad-hoc 분석 자동화를 위한 데이터 마트 설계 및 구축
• 대규모 분석 플랫폼 신규 도입 과정에서, 초기 아키텍처 설계·구축에 대한 오너십을 가지고 수행

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

• Data Engineer 또는 Analytics Engineer로서 3년 이상 실무 경험
• Airflow 또는 유사 워크플로우 오케스트레이션 도구 운영 경험
• SQL에 대한 깊은 이해 (PostgreSQL, BigQuery 등)
• Data Warehouse 계층 구조(staging, intermediate, mart) 설계 경험
• 대용량 데이터베이스 환경에서 분석계 쿼리 속도 및 비용 최적화 경험
• 여러 데이터 소스 간 정합성 문제를 주도적으로 해결한 경험

 

Nice to Have

• dbt를 활용한 데이터 모델링 실무 경험
• Data Analyst 실무 경험 또는 DA와 긴밀히 협업한 경험
• 텍스트, 이미지 등 비정형 데이터 핸들링 경험
• CI/CD 파이프라인 구축 및 버전 관리 경험 (Git)
• 다양한 상황에 대처하는 유연한 문제해결력을 갖춘 분
