About this role:
The Senior Manager, New Business and Growth, will spearhead the agency’s business development initiatives, focusing on identifying and cultivating new opportunities. This role requires a skilled sales professional adept at leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM platforms to strategically target leads and close deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with creative offerings, ensuring we secure impactful collaborations that align with the agency's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and other core sectors.
  • Lead outreach efforts, crafting tailored pitches and presentations that reflect the agency's offerings and align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure alignment and maximize pitch success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Generate reports and insights on business development activities, performance, and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in new business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within the creative, marketing, or advertising industries.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and craft compelling strategies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
  • Must be able to be in office Monday- Thursday

Salary Range: $90,000-120,000/year based on experience
