Maven is looking for a Manager, Client Delivery to own client implementations for our direct employer and partners. You will work cross functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams in order to onboard client partners to the Maven product and prepare for scale. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Client Delivery you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding operational KPIs while assessing results to ensure effective and efficient performance. 

As Manager, Implementations at Maven, you will: 

  • Define and develop implementation plans inclusive of templates, processes, and reporting
  • Lead client implementations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, facilitating regular communications, and preparing project artifacts
  • Lead cross-functional projects and client implementations with our Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Care Advocate, and Data Teams 
  • Comfort discussing inbound and outbound client files, via SFTP and other methods, including configuration, processing, management, and troubleshooting both internally and externally to ensure accuracy and on-time launch
  • Proactively identify and drive resolution to implementation risks
  • Ensure quality and satisfaction on all client implementations maintaining our organizational standard for an exceptional implementation NPS
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities to drive scalability and refine our internal playbooks
  • “Roll up your sleeves” and own execution of full scale internal and external projects while maintaining high levels of service

We’re looking for you to bring: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience working in an operations, client delivery, or project management capacity
  • Healthcare expertise with a deep understanding of health plans and digital health solutions
  • Strong operational skills including project management, business requirements gathering, and relationship management
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and strong experience with data and analytics tools
  • Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization 
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; direct experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!): 

  • Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women’s and family health
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
