Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Merchandiser to join our eCommerce team. This role will be responsible for supporting the digital merchandising strategy and optimizing the online customer journey through thoughtful product placement, onsite navigation enhancements, and promotional execution. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and an eye for elevating product presentation to drive conversion and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own the onsite merchandising strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, seasonal initiatives, and business objectives across Homepage, Landing Pages, Category Pages, and Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
· Execute and optimize category merchandising, navigation, search filters, and product recommendations to enhance discoverability and customer experience.
· Partner closely with the Creative, Planning, Buying, and Marketing teams to brief, develop, and maintain digital assets and content in support of key campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
· Manage the full product lifecycle online — including product creation, attribution, categorization, cross-sells/upsells, and seasonal product refreshes.
· Track and monitor inventory availability, collaborating with Planning and Allocation to ensure key items are prioritized for site visibility.
· Perform regular site QA and UAT testing to ensure accuracy of product information, creative content, promotions, and technical functionality across devices.
· Analyze onsite performance, customer journey metrics, and key merchandising KPIs (e.g., conversion, AOV, click-through rates, abandonment rates) to identify and action optimization opportunities.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve content, product, and functionality issues with the relevant cross-functional teams and platform partners.
· Support A/B testing initiatives, site enhancements, and personalization strategies by providing merchandising insights and operational execution.
· Maintain and continuously evolve best practices for visual merchandising, navigation, SEO-driven content, and user experience.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of eCommerce site merchandising experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories.
· Strong understanding of eCommerce customer behavior, path-to-purchase, and digital merchandising tactics that drive conversion.
· Strong platform experience with Shopify Plus (preferred) or equivalent ecommerce CMS.
· Experience using site analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting platforms to drive actionable insights.
· Familiarity with personalization tools (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Nosto) and/or SEO best practices for merchandising.

Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Seattle, MCO, inc. includes a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, and business needs.
Estimated Salary Range: $64k to $76k annually plus benefits package.
