Location Requirement: The candidate hired for this position must be based within a commutable distance from Nashville, TN, or Richardson, TX. This role may require periodic in-office attendance, and applicants not located within proximity to these areas may not be considered.

MedeAnalytics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer/Full Stack .NET Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a deep understanding of healthcare data management.

Key Technical Requirements:

  • Full Stack Development: Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
  • Database Expertise: Advanced skills in SQL queries, MDX, and database schema development, with experience in Star Schemas, MOLAP, Document DB, Redshift, Snowflake, Vertica, SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, Micro Services, Kubernetes, EKS, and DevOps practices.
  • Healthcare Data: Understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
  • Database Integration: Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integration and API Development: Implement RESTful APIs and integration points.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Deployment and Scalability: Use AWS services, Micro Services, Kubernetes, EKS, and DevOps practices.
  • Data Warehousing: Utilize data warehousing solutions for storage and analytics.

Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: In Full Stack development with .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
  • Healthcare Data: Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Database Systems: Strong knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git or other source code version control systems.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and serverless computing.
  • Data Analytics: Experience in data analytics or data warehousing projects.
