Position Details:
We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in medical scribing to join our innovative telemedicine team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating virtual patient encounters, ensuring accurate documentation of medical visits, and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Virtual Patient Support:
- Coordinate telehealth calls
- Medical Scribing:
- Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during telehealth appointments
- Record medical histories, symptoms, treatment plans, and other pertinent information as directed by the healthcare provider
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation systems
- Clinical Support:
- Facilitate communication between patients and providers, conveying information, instructions, and follow-up plans as directed
- Data Management:
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations in handling patient information
- Organize and manage medical records, ensuring all documentation are filed appropriately and accessible for future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe, with a minimum of 6 months in each role
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with EMR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing telehealth workflows and technology requirements
- Willingness to undergo additional training or certification as needed
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing home facilities

Salary: $30 per patient - 8 patients per day ($55,000 - $65,000)
