
Senior Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer at Medeloop, you will lead the design of user experiences that make complex workflows simple, beautiful, and empowering. A core focus of your role will be designing powerful dashboards that enable researchers and clinicians to visualize insights, monitor studies, and act on real-time data. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from research and concept to launch and iteration—shaping how researchers and clinicians engage with our platform. Your work will directly impact how medical discoveries are made. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and domain experts, mentor junior designers, and help define and scale our design systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end design processes for major product areas—from discovery through execution.
- Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Design thoughtful, user-centered web and mobile experiences with a deep understanding of user needs and business goals
- Own the design strategy and execution for data-rich dashboard features
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs
- Evolve and maintain a scalable design system across products
- Partner with engineers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality outcomes
- Drive design critiques, mentor team members, and promote best practices across the organization.
- Help shape Medeloop’s overall product design strategy and contribute to product vision
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
- 2 years of experience in a tech startup environment
- Proven track record of shipping intuitive, elegant designs for both web and mobile apps
- Experience leading end-to-end design process for data-rich dashboards and complex UI systems
- Expert in Figma, with strong prototyping and design system experience
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
- Comfortable conducting and synthesizing user research independently
- Strong visual design skills—excellent command of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
