The Role
The Digital Production Assistant will support the Digital Production team in managing and executing a variety of projects. It’s an entry-level role which contributes to the execution of detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and team responsibilities. The Assistant Digital Producer will also help facilitate day-to-day communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project assets.
The Digital Production Assistant is organised, proactive and friendly. A flexible, can-do attitude and a general curiosity in the digital advertising space is a must.

The Work
- Support producers in communicating relevant project information to cross-functional teams, including preparing status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting notes.
- Organise and manage all production documentation and project artifacts for ongoing reference and archival.
- Coordinate, track, and facilitate the timely delivery of creative assets to production teams.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all final deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist in the financial management of projects, including budget tracking, production estimates, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal teams including Account Management, Business Affairs, and Creative to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in creation of detailed production schedules to track project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination, ensuring completeness and accuracy across deliverables and documentation.
