Operations Manager 

Reporting into the Senior Manager Operations, the Manager Operations will own our 3rd party operations based in Ohio. We have recently scaled-up our operations in this facility and we need someone who wants to help us grow and optimize in the US. In this role, you will partner with our 3rd party FC on everything from scaling operations, to daily performance, weekly metrics and overall improvement. This is a fast paced environment and there are lots of opportunity to impact our business. 

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Mejuri and the fulfillment center leadership team, building a strong partnership and drive overall performance. 
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to KPIs and SLA including operational, financial and customer based.
  • Deep dive performance and find opportunities to improve. 
  • Partner with our 3PL to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance scalability and flexibility during peak seasons and for additional volume that is expected post peak.
  • Identify and implement best practices across warehousing & fulfillment.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Experience, Planning) to align fulfillment operations with business needs.

Key Performance Indicators
Shipped On-time in-full, process errors, cost/order. 

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience leading an operation or closely related supply chain area (e.g., transportation, 3rd party management etc). 
  • Ability to drive results through both action and influence and ready to build a strong partnership with a 3rd party. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset - Always looking for the next opportunity to improve our results. 
  • Ability to deep dive KPIS, identify root causes and put into place actions. 
  • You are a builder - ready to create new KPIs, processes and standardizations. Success in a role is not only execution, but creating and scaling. 
  • Comfortable with undertaking analysis such as capacity analysis, productivity deep dives and cost analysis (bonus points comfortable with business cases, budgets). 
  • Ability to lead initiatives and mid-size projects cross-functionally from idea to execution.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, with high ambiguity.
