Product Manager, Data Apps
Product Manager, Data
As the Data Product Manager of our Data Apps team, you will leverage diverse data sources and state-of-the-art technologies to develop dynamic, data-powered products that deliver optimized and personalized experiences for both internal and external customers. You’ll lead the development of core products with cross-company impact, tackling complex technical models and shaping solutions that drive business value.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of data technologies to build scalable and innovative data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of over 4 years in Product Management roles with a strong focus on data products like Machine learning, GenAI or algorithm-based products.
- Data is your second (or first) language. You can read and explain stats and define metrics to anything you want to measure.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and good familiarity with data science methodologies and their application to real-world business problems (e.g., predictive modeling, A/B testing, etc.)
- You are passionate about solving complex technical issues and understand how great products work behind the scenes.
- “Why” is your keyword. You’re curious about why things happen and constantly challenge how they work.
- You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines—data, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc. You help give everyone a voice. You’re the conductor, not the lead singer, and softly leading without forced authority is key.
- You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
- BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and execute a data product roadmap aligned with the company’s goals, leveraging data assets to address market needs and drive innovation.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement features like tailored recommendations, predictive customer insights, and other personalization solutions.
- Define the business as well as technical requirements for new data initiatives, write clear and concise product specs, features cards, and other product documentation.
- Collaborate with data science & engineering teams to build, deploy and scale data-centric products.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, measure success, and prioritize features for maximum impact.
