The Talent Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process. The Talent Partner plays a key role in promoting a positive candidate experience, maintaining hiring process consistency, and supporting organizational talent goals. Strong relationship-building, communication, and assessment skills are essential for success in this position.
Pay Range & Benefits:
- $62,272 - $73,261/year

Essential Functions:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business, project management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, student placement, or related experience.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (UKG a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with attention to detail
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, hybrid position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The role includes a combination of remote work and on-site presence at the organization’s main office, as needed to support recruitment activities, meetings, and events.
