Job Summary:
As a Growth Analytics intern, you will work with the Direct to Consumer Acquisition team on cross-functional analytical projects bringing valuable business insights to inform strategy. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills with background or interest in digital marketing strategy & full-funnel analytics. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your 10-week long summer internship will be filled with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, the chance to apply coursework to real-world experiences, and some fun, too!
Essential Job Functions for the Internship will include:
- Assist with strategic projects such as competitive analytics and A/B testing to support decision-making.
- Conduct outside-in research to identify industry best practices, benchmarks, and strategic opportunities for growth.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Client Development, Product, etc.) to provide data-driven insights & recommendations.
- Other duties as needed
Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelors (as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) or Master’s program
- High attention to detail and analytical ability to work with large datasets accurately, including strong data validation and cleanup skills
- Understanding of a marketing-sales full funnel, including lead journey and key metrics
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects forward
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to generate and synthesize insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly
- Bonus: Proficiency in Salesforce (e.g., creating dashboards & reports in Sales Cloud) and/or PowerBI (filtering, creating visualizations, updating formulas and backend tables)
Work Schedule
8:00am to 5:00pm local office time
Working Conditions
Professional office environment. Working inside, siting, standing. Will be assigned to a work station.
