Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel; must reside in the United States
Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Continued growth has created a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic leader to join us in the role of Vice President of SAP Delivery. In this critical and highly visible role, you will lead and oversee our SAP delivery team. And have full responsibility and oversight of the management, strategic direction, and delivery of SAP S4 HANA projects, focusing on Financials, HCM, and SuccessFactors for Public Sector clients. Bring your strong leadership skills, deep expertise in SAP, and your proven track record of delivering complex SAP implementations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP practice that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the SAP team, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide sales support by contributing to proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and oral presentations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement in SAP delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the SAP team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and talent development within the SAP delivery team.
- Develop and maintain SAP hiring plan based on pipeline and Practice Director input.
- Responsible and accountable for overall SAP P&L, project profitability, and utilization
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee the delivery of SAP S4 HANA implementations, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage relationships with public sector clients, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring successful SAP implementations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S4 HANA, HCM, SuccessFactors, and public sector solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company’s SAP capabilities in the public sector
WHAT YOU BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Public Sector experience, working with clients and understanding their specific SAP requirements.
- Minimum of 7 years SAP project management and delivery experience, 5 of which will have been in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP preferably S4HANA transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, preferably HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Travel, as needed
- PMP, SAP certification, or other relevant certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
