Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel & reside in the United States
Compensation: $120,000-140,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our continued growth brings about an immediate need for an Organizational Change Manager to join our team. In this role, we are looking for someone with extensive transformation experience who can work closely with clients to support them in their transformation journey. Must be familiar with complex technology programs, organizational change management (including training, communications, and adoption), and business process improvement, all of which are backed by practical expertise to prepare an organization for change. To ensure that projects are executed on time, with the greatest level of quality, and with the satisfaction of customers, it is necessary to be able to work effectively with client c-suite executives and supervise project management staff, when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Act as a subject matter advisor and trusted executive partner to clients.
- Utilize industry best practices and tools to support process improvement and organizational change management efforts.
- Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions to establish strong trust-based relationships.
- Develop training materials and facilitate training events.
- Generate ideas for adoption events and facilitate when required by the client.
- Diagnose complex business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs.
- Assist in the development of client-facing processes and templates as well as internal company processes and templates.
- Support business development/sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and proposals, and successfully engage with clients.
- Work collaboratively with members of the management and executive teams.
- Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, and team building.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years managing complex technology projects
- Minimum of 5 years of organizational change management experience including training, communications, and adoption
- Minimum of 3 years improving business processes using Six Sigma techniques
- Experience in digital transformation
- Experience with waterfall and/or agile implementation methodologies
- Experience in requirements definition & gathering and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to create client-facing materials
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of autonomy, urgency, and accountability to delight clients
- Certification in organizational change management, highly desirable
- Experience in public sector (K-12, state, local, federal government), highly desirable
- Experience in ERP systems, including SAP and Workday, highly desirable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desirable
