  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Act as a key liaison for retail accounts, driving alignment and collaboration on joint initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee key operational functions, including SKU creation and asset delivery to retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate execution to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Assortment Management: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and retail partners to maintain accurate, timely assortments that reflect current brand priorities and product availability. Ensure all updates are submitted according to retailer deadlines, supporting effective in-store and online merchandising execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in beauty and proven success in working with Sephora or competitive retailers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Leverage analytical capabilities to assess sales performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies. Translate insights into actionable plans that support accurate forecasting and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with a history of initiating and leading successful projects from start to finish. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
