Mesh is looking for a high-performing experienced sales professional who is highly motivated to solve big problems, and close deals. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a sale and tasked with working alongside your teammates to execute deal flow and grow Mesh's market share. You will spend most of your time working on active deals and solving pain points in the market.

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in office. You can be based in Miami, FL, New York City, NY, or San Francisco, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
  • Develop a proficient knowledge of the Mesh solutions, becoming an expert for our prospects and clients.
  • Grow, manage, and execute a sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate forecasting
  • Act as a key advocate for prospects and customers within the company, influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback
  • Effectively prospect and build new sales opportunities in assigned accounts
  • Expertly align our customer’s needs with our capabilities
  • Meet & exceed your quota and team quota
  • Travel is required for conferences and company meetings
  • Manage relationships with large enterprises and close high-ticket deals

Who You Are

  • 5-8 years minimum experience carrying a quota
  • You are a closer and a good teammate
  • Demonstrable knowledge in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of payments technology, blockchain technology, and digital assets
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Web3, payments, blockchains, crypto, onramps, DeFi, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Advisor/Consultant sales mentality
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form of English
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • The capacity to operate independently as well as a positive attitude toward collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus
