Job Application for Global Markets Quantitative Developer, Execution & Trading at Metabit Technology LLC

Responsibilities:

Own the production trading rollout, execution support, and trading system optimization for global strategies, with a focus on US and APAC markets, and participate in or lead new market onboarding and trading system rollout initiatives
Design and optimize execution workflows and trading logic in real market environments based on a deep understanding of market microstructure, trading rules, and real-world execution constraints
Continuously support live trading operations by monitoring and resolving production trading issues, including order exceptions, liquidity issues, corporate actions, and other trading-related operational problems
Participate in the design and optimization of trading risk controls to ensure stable strategy performance across different markets
Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to drive stable strategy deployment from research to production
Capture and systematize trading experience into reusable frameworks and best practices for execution and market rollout

Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience in live trading or production trading support within US or APAC markets, with deep understanding of at least one market’s trading rules, market structure, and execution details
Experience participating in 0-to-1 market or trading system rollout projects, with the ability to identify critical paths and avoid common pitfalls based on prior experience rather than trial-and-error
Strong understanding of real-world trading constraints, including order restrictions, liquidity, transaction costs, borrow / locate mechanics, and other execution-related considerations
Strong Python and C++ programming skills, with the ability to read, modify, and debug production trading system code, and support issue investigation and troubleshooting in live trading environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in both Chinese and English environments
