Software Engineer Intern (MetaSummer 2026)

Focus Area:
High-Performance System Architecture: Deeply involved in building the core systems of quantitative trading. You will be responsible for optimizing everything from large-scale factor compute engines and highly realistic backtesting environments to ultra-fast market data and trading chains. By continuously optimizing data paths and system concurrency models, you will challenge extreme low latency and high concurrency throughput while building a general-purpose underlying framework that combines strong expressiveness with high usability, achieving a balance between system flexibility and performance.
GenAI: Explore the engineering implementation of cutting-edge generative AI technologies throughout the entire quantitative investment research process. By building advanced automated investment research support systems, leveraging large-scale model capabilities to optimize information extraction and knowledge management efficiency, and empowering strategy productivity through engineering methods.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field from a World-Renowned University;
Interested in financial data mining and automated trading;
Familiar with Linux environment, strong programming skills, and familiar with at least two of the following computer science areas: operating systems, storage systems, architecture, databases, distributed systems, machine learning computing engines, and compiler backends;
Proficient in C++ and one scripting language (such as Python 3);
Strong learning ability and willing to explore unfamiliar areas;
Excellent communication and logical thinking skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in NOIP/NOI/ICPC competitions with outstanding results;
Participation in research projects and publication at top-tier academic conferences in the computer science field.
