Chief of Staff - Executive Project Manager - Mobility

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with a passion for technology and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Partner with the VP of Mobility to develop and implement business strategies.
• Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Identify and address key business challenges, providing data-driven recommendations.
Leadership & Decision Support
• Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the VP of Mobility on critical business decisions.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing key mobility initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
Project & Program Management
• Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects within the mobility division.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
• Streamline workflows, processes, and internal operations to enhance productivity.
• Implement best practices for reporting, tracking, and accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison between the VP of Mobility and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and leadership.
• Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefings, and track follow-ups.
Desires Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within telecom or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the mobility/telecommunications industry, including trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive execution.
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $175,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
