We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across all online channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition through paid, owned, and earned digital strategies. This role will join a dynamic marketing team and will be highly influential in shaping the trajectory of our digital infrastructure. Are you a strategic leader with a hands-on approach? Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy
    • Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across web, email, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising to enhance brand visibility and enhance lead capture, growing MetTel’s business across all key vertical markets

  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Create campaign calendar and oversee development of marketing campaign assets with creative and digital teams
    • Optimize performance of marketing campaigns
    • Manage marketing database
    • Collaborate with Inside Sales team implement and track campaigns as part of their outbound efforts
  • Website
    • Oversee website redesign project with cross functional team and external agencies to improve brand visibility and user experience
    • Stay on top of digital trends, regulations, and competitive benchmarks
    • Manage day-to-day website updates and SEO, with digital team
  • Digital Funnel
    • Drive traffic, increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI across digital programs (web, email, social, search, ads)
  • Team, Agency, and System Oversight
    • Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists
    • Manage external agencies supporting digital initiatives
    • Manage marketing tech stack and digital marketing budget
  • Reporting
    • Establish KPIs and prepare monthly & quarterly reports for senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in digital B2B marketing with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing direct reports and external agencies
  • Proven experience managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Google Ads, GA4 (strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email automation, analytics)
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills

 

 

The hiring range for this position in New Jersey is $125,000.00 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
