
Investor Relations Administrator

The Investor Relations Administrator assists the Company’s Investor Relations team by performing various administrative functions related to our investors. This position will have some direct contact with MG Properties’ 2,000 investors and must have a great attitude and provide great customer service. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage the demands of peak busy periods.
This position will be fully in office during the initial training period, and transition to a hybrid schedule of 3x a week in office following completion of training.
Essential Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Investor Administration
· Communicate (email and over the phone) with investors in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist with investor requests (e.g., assignments, tax forms, IRA valuations, etc.)
· Assist with various investor-related tasks and events (e.g., annual partner meeting)
· Maintain CRM database and update investor information (e.g., address changes, direct deposit, etc.)
· Act as a backup to the Investor Relations team and assist in training other team members.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Refinances (Investments)
· Support equity raises, sales, and refinances by sending, reviewing, and tracking a large volume of forms via Excel, email, DocuSign, or other software.
· Review documents for completeness and accuracy and follow up with investors as necessary.
· Draft documents and agreements from templates.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Quarterly and Annual Reporting
· Responsible for physical mailings to be sent prior to designated deadlines.
· Work with the investor CRM and portal to upload a significant volume of documents.
· Responsible for uploading tax forms
· Research and respond to investor inquiries regarding reporting.
· Responsible for various tracking of information for IR, tax, and accounting purposes.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience, Educational Requirements:
· A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an office administrative environment.
· College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
· Previous experience with the Yardi, Adobe, and/or DocuSign a plus.
Additional Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics Required:
· Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and a resourceful team player.
· Excellent computer skills with an intermediate/expert level knowledge of Excel and advanced working knowledge of Word, and Outlook.
· Detail oriented and self-motivated.
· Strong time management and prioritization skills.
· Ability to manage the stress of meeting strict transaction deadlines while handling multiple tasks/projects.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality with investors and sensitive information.
· Attention to detail when reviewing paperwork.
Compensation and Benefits
- $24-$29/hour DOE
