Growth Marketing Consultant- Emerging Channels

Job Description
Midi Health is seeking a high-performing Growth Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of Midi into new marketing channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies within new channels that will increase our market presence and customer acquisition, without relying on traditional platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, or influencer marketing. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing initiatives and ensuring that our approach to growth is data-driven and effective. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, data-driven, and passionate about women’s health. 

This is a six month contract engagement, with the potential to transition into a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing channels and partnerships to reach and engage our target audience effectively, outside of traditional platforms such as Google, Facebook, influencers, etc. 

Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics across all new marketing channels and ensure a strong understanding of KPIs to optimize growth strategies. Implement strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets while maximizing ROI.

Incrementality Testing: Implement and oversee incrementality testing to measure the direct impact of marketing initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation across channels. Ensure channels are actually driving incremental value, outside of current channels, prior to diversifying the current channel mix.

Testing & Optimization: Design and execute incremental testing strategies to assess channel effectiveness, focusing on KPIs (CAC) and user engagement metrics.

Scaling Strategies: Develop and implement scalable marketing campaigns based on successful test results, transitioning initiatives from pilot programs to business-as-usual practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Keep a pulse on the market: Understand the market landscape and identify emerging trends, channels, and opportunities to expand and grow into new channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing or a similar role, ideally within the health and wellness sector or a start-up environment.
  • Strong background in testing methodologies, including incrementality testing and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on incrementality testing and a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in identifying and testing unconventional marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms; experience with A/B testing and performance optimization is a plus.
  • Passion for women’s health and wellness, with a commitment to understanding the unique challenges and needs of our audience.
  • Experience in the women’s health sector is a plus, but not required.
