Clinical Director of Integrative Women's Care (IWC), Physicians

 

  1. Manager of Physicians: Direct manager of medical doctors in IWC, including employee hiring and management.
    1. Oversight of vacation, slack assignment, on-call, schedules, productive direct and indirect time, project and quality audit, clinician adherence to care standards and protocols, onboarding, and any time requests of clinicians;
    2. Oversight and management of collaborative MD relationships with NPs and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements;
    3. Collaborates with MSO teams in support of care delivery; 
    4. Espouses visibility, responsiveness, foster belonging, and builds community for all clinicians and care team members. Establishes Midi Health as an employer of choice.
  2. Care Delivery: Collaborates with MSO teams in support of care delivery.  Ensures high-quality patient care via  clinical guidelines and protocols; accountable for implementation, adoption and adherence of clinical protocols and scope of care. Active in clinical escalation, inclusive of Slack, Office Hours and MD visits.
  3. Financial Oversight: Accountable for fiduciary stewardship of clinical resources, inclusive of clinician utilization to targets and budget. 
  4. Accountable to Medical Director: Reports directly into the Medical Director; responsible for informing and consulting the Medical Director of clinical concerns and events with potential organizational impact. As IWC representative, reports dotted line into Chief Clinical Operations Officer for all practice administration responsibilities.
  5. Team-oriented: Proven ability to foster a positive team culture, which includes encouraging collaboration and promoting a supportive environment. 
  6. Conflict resolution: Ability to lead through conflict in a way that is professional and fair, maintaining a harmonious work environment 
  7. Advocate: Act as an advocate for patients, the team, and the organization; this includes ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to deliver optimal patient care
  8. Quality & Safety: Lead engagement of the clinical workforce in quality and safety improvement activities.  Role model Just Culture principles 

What you bring to the role

  • Board Certified Medical Doctor with Women’s Health Specialty or at least 5 years perimenopause/menopause experience 
  • Required: At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
  • Required: At least five (2) years of direct oversight or management of clinical teams 
  • Experience in the business operations of a medical practice, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
  • Multi State licensing with ability to obtain 50 state licenses
