We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to play a central role in shaping the user experience across MindGym’s evolving suite of digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences that continuously improve our behavioural science-driven products.Whilst solely focused on digital product development, knowledge of wider design ecosystems will benefit this role. Your contributions will help ensure our products are not only beautifully designed but also deeply impactful in helping people think, feel, and perform better.You will prototype, design and continuously improve the UX/UI across our core platforms including diagnostics, coaching, and content delivery tools, adhering to our brand identity.
 
What you'll be doing
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Behavioural Scientists, Brand Designers and Product Design Manager to define user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Create low and high-fidelity designs to support ideation, testing and development phases.
  • Develop and maintain design templates to support scalable solutions.
  • Maintain consistency of brand across platforms, helping define and evolve our design system and visual identity.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Contribute to product innovation and development strategies with best-practice UX knowledge.

We're looking for someone with
  • 3+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.).
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of design systems and responsive design principles.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for behavioural science, coaching tools, or enterprise software.
KPI's
  • Successful launch and iterative improvement of UX across all of MindGym’s digital products.
  • Positive user feedback and measurable improvements in platform usability and engagement.
  • Delivery of scalable, reusable templates for digital product offerings.
  • Timely delivery of design assets aligned with product release cycles.
  • Reduction in QA/design feedback loops due to increased build accuracy.
  • Consistency in application of brand and coherence of UX/UI across platforms, measured through internal audits.
