Workplace Systems & Compliance Manager

We’re looking for a responsible, hands-on people technology manager who can execute on the day-to-day tasks while also driving scalable, secure internal systems. This role blends tactical execution with strategic ownership—including IT compliance, security, and global device management.

What You Will Do

IT Operations & Help Desk (Hands-On)

• Ship laptops and accessories to new hires across global locations
• Receive, wipe, and refurbish returned equipment securely
• Maintain accurate asset inventory across all countries
• Provide responsive tech support to employees across time zones
• Update and maintain audio visuals in office meeting rooms.

Systems & Security Leadership

• Own and automate the IT offboarding process, including secure remote shutdowns
• Build and maintain scalable, secure provisioning workflows for onboarding new hires
• Implement and manage MDM (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune) across Mac and Windows environments
• Lead security awareness training and promote a strong security-first culture

Compliance & Governance

• Own IT and device compliance across regions (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Ensure global policies are followed around access control, data protection, and device management
• Partner with Legal and People teams to audit and report on IT-related compliance metrics
• Stay ahead of changing global standards and local requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws affecting IT policies)

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems or support, with a strong record of accountability
• Demonstrated experience managing IT operations across global teams
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and endpoint security
• Proficiency with MDM tools, device provisioning, and identity management platforms (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace)
• High sense of ownership—you take initiative, follow through, and deliver reliably
• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with big-picture thinking
