As a part of the Data Science team, you will be working on global product roadmap and market specific requirement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience your innovative solutions and use your data science skill set to create business impact.

  • Define and manage the team's strategic roadmap, aligning projects with business objectives and delivering ML-driven features.
  • Act as a key scientific leader, partnering with product, engineering, and business executives to implement technical concepts in real life business problems.
  • Lead the data science delivery of features powered by agentic AI
  • Guide teams in applying Data Science and Data Modelling techniques to drive innovation, efficiency, and automation.
  • Ensure timely deployment of models in a high-pace, large-scale production environment.
  • Coach the Data Science team on challenges and trade-offs in developing models with real data.
  • Develop systems-driven frameworks for tracking the quality, consistency, applicability, and performance of data inputs and outcomes.
  • Own the innovation process across business and technical domains, leading the development of data science algorithmic features.

What you’ll bring

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • 10+ years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, with coding proficiency (Python, R, SQL) and database querying/statistical analysis skills (or 6-8 years with a PhD).
  • 4+ years of experience as a people manager in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong people skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, communication, listening, and negotiation, with a passion for fostering a healthy team culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of probability and statistics, practical machine learning, and awareness of common pitfalls and solutions.
  • Expertise in modern machine learning techniques and experience in building/deploying GenAI/LLM powered solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess financial impact, storyboard presentations, and hold conversations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to recognise pragmatic alternatives to perfect solutions, balancing time priorities with potential business impact, and getting delivery teams on board.
