The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our 6-person Analytics Engineering team based in Paris. Together, we'll be transforming raw data into the insights and intelligence that fuel Mirakl's next phase of growth—from product strategy to AI-driven workflows, everything we build needs a rock-solid data foundation.

The team balances autonomy with collaboration, and we make time for team moments because the best work happens when you actually know the people you're building with. Expect daily stand-ups and bi-weekly syncs at the team level, regular 1:1s with your mentor and manager for personalized support, and monthly all-hands and quarterly kick-offs to connect your work to Mirakl's bigger picture.

Your Impact

This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role, it's a chance to shape how data flows through the entire organization.

  • Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure data products deliver actionable value
  • Develop data models and comprehensive semantic layer documentation to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets
  • Build and maintain dashboards guaranteeing reliable access to critical performance indicators
  • Develop and support agentic analytical solutions, empowering users to independently discover insights and optimize workflows
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions through user training, responsive support, and incident resolution

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • You're looking for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026
  • You're pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and transformation of very large datasets
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques (e.g., star schemas, normalization)
  • Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis techniques

Skills:

  • Data visualization with tools like Metabase, Superset, or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Python for analytics and automation 
  • nice to have: dbt, AI-powered/agentic tools

Compensation

Pay Range: €1,200 - €1,600 per month (depending on profile)
