Business Analyst Intern, Barcelona

The Team You'll Join

You'll join the Customer Success Consulting team led by Veronica, working with 2 team members on a B2C client portfolio. Our mission is to help Mirakl's clients build successful Marketplace strategies—from assortment and seller strategy to organization—and manage their Marketplace activities with effective vendor recruitment tools and processes.

6-month internship starting July 2026 | Based in Barcelona

Your Impact

• Analyze client performance: Participate in the analysis of Mirakl's client marketplace performance, tracking key metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Build Business Reviews: Contribute to the construction of comprehensive Business Reviews that showcase client success, highlight challenges, and provide data-driven insights
• Implement strategic recommendations: Support the implementation of relevant strategic recommendations for clients, helping them optimize their marketplace operations and achieve their business goals
• Drive cross-functional projects: Participate in various team and company-wide projects focused on process improvement, team growth, AI implementation, and operational excellence

What You'll Bring to the Role

Education

• Currently pursuing higher education (business schools, universities, IEP, or equivalent)

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep interest in the e-commerce industry and marketplace business models
• Comfortable working in a team, including collaborating in an international context
• At ease working within a highly motivated, international team environment

Languages

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) required
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) required

• Internship compensation: Between 1,200€ and 1,400€ per month (depending on profile)
