About the Job
We’re expanding MMNA’s marketing analytics capabilities to support smarter campaign measurement, enable deeper insights across channels, and provide ad hoc analysis that drives data-informed decisions. This role will help scale the Marketing Intelligence function while shaping how data is used to fuel marketing strategy.
This role will report to the Marketing Intelligence Manager.
Role Summary
As a Marketing Intelligence Associate, you’ll play a key role in tracking, measuring, and improving the performance of our marketing programs. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll gather and analyze campaign data, maintain and improve dashboards, and prepare reporting that guides business decisions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll sharpen your analytical skills, learn our marketing systems, and directly contribute to the success of campaigns across all channels.
As a Marketing Intelligence Associate, You Will:
- Collect, clean, and compile data from a variety of marketing platforms (paid media, email, social, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
- Maintain, update, and enhance performance dashboards for KPI and campaign reporting.
- Support recurring and ad hoc analysis, delivering clear performance summaries and actionable insights.
- Assist in A/B test design, tracking, and analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment.
- Coordinate and organize marketing materials, reports, and communications.
- Identify trends and patterns in marketing and customer data to inform strategy and planning.
- Partner with the Marketing Intelligence Manager to design and develop data-driven marketing initiatives that better meet organizational goals.
Measuring Your Momentum:
First 90 Days – Getting Up To Speed
- Independently manage recurring reporting for select campaigns.
- Support setup and analysis of at least one A/B test.
- Deliver one ad hoc analysis project with actionable insights.
- Build strong working relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
Year 1 Victory Lap:
- Own end-to-end reporting for multiple marketing programs.
- Deliver impactful insights that shape campaign and budget strategy.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in analytics tools and data storytelling.
- Contribute to strategic planning with data-driven recommendations that influence company growth.
Ready to Join The Team? You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Extra Horsepower (Profile Differentiators):
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and marketing/analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM tools).
- Working knowledge of SQL or other querying languages.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Background in A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.

Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position ranges between $52,000 to $57,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
