About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with global revenue leadership to drive operational excellence across the entire sales lifecycle.
You will own the integrity of revenue data, support global process governance, and deliver business intelligence that enables informed, strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, process design, and business strategy within a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities

Support the execution of global GTM frameworks, including segmentation, coverage models, and roles of engagement, in partnership with regional Revenue Operations leaders

Assist in annual and quarterly planning cycles to ensure alignment across global and regional teams

Manage and maintain global GTM process governance, including the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Operationalize the global revenue rhythm of business, including forecast cadences, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and pipeline governance meetings

Serve as a central point of contact for global process policies, ensuring consistent interpretation and adherence across regions

Establish and maintain standardized metric definitions to ensure consistent global reporting

Design and manage dashboards tracking key funnel and revenue KPIs such as Pipeline Health, Forecast Accuracy, Sales Productivity, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

Lead data aggregation and synthesis for global QBRs, consolidating regional inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives

Conduct in-depth analyses of conversion bottlenecks, churn drivers, and operational inefficiencies, delivering actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders

Define and enforce global Salesforce business guidelines, including opportunity stage logic, lead lifecycle management, and required data fields, in partnership with Technical Systems teams

Drive global data hygiene initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and system compliance

Act as the functional owner of the GTM technology stack, including tool evaluation, vendor management, license allocation, and renewal oversight

Partner with Sales Enablement to support training, adoption, and change management related to new tools, processes, and governance standards
We're Looking For Someone Who Has

1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Strategy, or a related field

Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce, including standard objects, sales processes, and reporting capabilities

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling

Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Professional proficiency in English with the ability to communicate complex data and process changes to global stakeholders
