In APAC, we are building a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-obsessed sales organisation focused on accelerating growth across the region. We operate with a strong sense of ownership, ambition, and teamwork—partnering closely across Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.
About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Sales, APAC, this leader will play a critical role in executing regional go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
This is a player-coach role, ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is equally comfortable coaching teams, building pipelines, and engaging directly in deals across segments.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the Australian market, experience operating across multiple sales motions, and a passion for building teams and delivering customer value.
Responsibilities

- Act as a player-coach, supporting reps in strategic deals, deal progression, and executive conversations
- Establish and reinforce scalable sales processes and methodologies tailored to different segments
- Drive operational rigour across forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships to execute cohesive GTM motions
- Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent across segments and geographies
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous development
- Provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- 6–10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 3–5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of leading teams across SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise segments
- Strong experience operating in Australia, New Zealand, and/or broader APAC markets, with a deep understanding of local business culture and buying cycles
- Experience managing a mix of inbound, outbound, and product-led sales motions
- Strong command of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management) and ability to adapt them across segments
- Demonstrated ability to coach reps through varying deal complexities, from transactional to highly strategic
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to manage performance and inform decisions
- Passion for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong player-coach mentality
- Strong communication and executive presence
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling into the Australian enterprise or mid-market technology sector
- Familiarity with regional partners, system integrators, or channel ecosystems across ANZ
- Experience selling in analytics, data, martech, or developer tools ecosystems
