About the Team

As Mixpanel grows across APAC, our Agency, Consulting, and Global System Integrator (GSI) partners — collectively, our Solution Partners — are central to how we acquire and retain customers, and to how the market gets to know us. Our Technology Partners extend our platform and open up new use cases for our joint customers. The APAC Partnerships team owns both sides of that ecosystem: building the relationships, GTM plans, and enablement that turn partners into a durable growth channel across a region spanning ANZ, Japan and Korea, and Asia and India.

About the Role

This is the senior partnerships leadership role for APAC. You'll set the region's Solution Partner and Technology Partner strategy, and you'll build and lead a team of three Senior Partner Sales Managers, each owning a sub-region: ANZ, Japan and Korea, and Asia and India. You'll be accountable for the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline those teams generate, and for the health of our relationships with the GSIs, consultancies, and technology partners that matter most to Mixpanel's growth in the region.

You'll report into APAC sales leadership, sit close to the regional go-to-market plan, and work daily across sales, marketing, enablement, and professional services. The role is based in our Regional HQ in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  1. Set and own the APAC partner strategy. Decide where Mixpanel invests across Solution Partners and Technology Partners in the region, and set the targets your team is accountable for: partner-driven pipeline, revenue, and market awareness.
  2. Build and lead the regional partner team. Hire, coach, and manage the three Senior Partner Sales Managers covering ANZ, Japan and Korea, and Asia and India. Set their goals, review their portfolios, and step in on the partnerships that need executive weight.
  3. Grow the Solution Partner portfolio. Direct the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of Agency, Consulting, and GSI partners across the region, so each partner is generating pipeline, surfacing new use cases, and adding market credibility.
  4. Manage Technology Partnerships. Evaluate and manage Mixpanel's strategic technology partnerships in APAC, in line with the global platform strategy.
  5. Build joint GTM plans with top partners. Work with each priority partner to define a shared value proposition and go-to-market plan: agreed outcomes, messaging, and investment; commitments across practice or product development, marketing, sales, and account management; and, where it makes sense, joint vertical solutions.
  6. Own the relationships that matter. Develop and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership — the ones that turn into multi-year commitments, not single deals.
  7. Align with sales on the ground. Work directly with regional sales leaders so partners are properly used for account access, introductions, and expansion, and so partner activity shows up in pipeline, not just partner scorecards.
  8. Represent the region. Evangelize Mixpanel and its partner program at industry events, customer briefings, and within the partner community, and represent APAC's partner needs to global partnerships leadership.
  9. Report on what's working. Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline, activation rates, and team performance against target, for your own team and up to regional leadership.

What “Great” Looks Like in This Role

  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline is a growing, predictable share of APAC's number, not an afterthought.
  • Each of your three Senior Partner Sales Managers is hitting target in their sub-region, and you can point to what you did to get them there.
  • GSIs and top consultancies in APAC treat Mixpanel as a priority, not a courtesy meeting.
  • Regional sales leaders bring you into strategic deals early, because your partners open doors theirs can't.
  • You know the numbers cold: pipeline by partner, by sub-region, and what's driving or dragging each one.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • People leadership experience, ideally managing partner or alliance managers, ready to build and run a team of three across three distinct sub-regions.
  • 8+ years in enterprise software, with a track record building and scaling partnership programs, cloud or SaaS sales, or management consulting.
  • A strong track record with GSIs, digital agencies, resellers, or strategic consultancies — cultivating those relationships at a senior level and turning them into revenue.
  • Both technical and business acumen, with a real understanding of how people, process, data, and technology combine to drive enterprise-wide change.
  • The ability to set regional strategy and defend it — comfortable representing APAC's partner priorities to global leadership, and comfortable pushing back when the region's needs differ from the global template.
  • An understanding of solution and relationship selling, strategic planning, account management, and consultative business development.
  • A strategic thinker who's also execution-oriented, with a data-driven approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the analytics and engagement ecosystem, and ideally with Mixpanel's platform, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
