Store Manager - Tanger Outlets - Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth, TX

WHO WE ARE

In 2012, Mizzen+Main set out to end the trade-off between looking sharp and feeling comfortable, and in doing so helped create the performance menswear category. We re-engineer classics with better materials and considered construction, built to keep pace with the life our customer leads.

We are now entering our next chapter: evolving from a performance shirt company into a premium menswear brand. Our customer is an established, accomplished professional. He values substance over show, is loyal to the few brands that earn it, and expects his clothes to meet his standards. We are building a brand worthy of him.

Mizzen+Main is seeking an experienced, driven, and fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of the store. • Review and submit accurate time sheets and payroll in compliance with company policies.
  • Set and manage sales goals through coaching and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to the District Manager.
  • Manage expenses, operational costs, and inventory levels to meet financial targets.
  • Plan and execute engaging in-store events in partnership with the corporate marketing team.
