We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence and revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will play a strategic and tactical part in optimizing systems, processes, and insights that fuel our revenue performance. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, is fluent in data and systems (especially Salesforce), and has a knack for turning complexity into scalable, efficient workflows.
What you’ll do
- End-to-End Revenue Lifecycle Optimization:
Design and improve processes from lead generation through customer retention to ensure a seamless and efficient revenue engine. - CRM & Tech Stack Ownership:
Collaborate with Business Systems to optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and other GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, Marketo, Gong, RevIntel). Ensure data integrity, usability, and end-user adoption. - Revenue Analytics & Insights:
Partner with BI to create robust dashboards and reports (CRMA, Salesforce, Excel) that surface actionable insights on pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring alignment on revenue strategies, metrics, and processes. - Process Improvement & Scalability:
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Leverage automation and scalable design principles to optimize handoffs, lead routing, account assignment, and more. - Strategic Revenue Planning:
Support long-term planning by contributing data-driven recommendations on territory design, compensation plans, customer segmentation, and investment areas. - Governance & Documentation:
Create clear, visual documentation (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart) of processes, workflows, and system architecture. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related GTM roles.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce architecture, data model, and reporting.
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel, CRMA, and dashboarding tools.
- Familiarity with RevOps platforms: Outreach, LeanData, Marketo, Gong, RevIntel, Intercom.
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution.
- Ability to identify and prioritize process gaps and technical debt.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Effective communicator with experience framing context using situation-complication-resolution or SCQA frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (admin/reporting level), MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts), Miro (or equivalent for process visualization), and Asana (or equivalent project management tools)
