So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Audience Targeting to join the Technical Program Management team.

This role owns the strategy, performance, and evolution of our audience targeting capabilities. You are responsible for building capabilities that enable our customers to identify, segment, and reach audiences effectively, improving campaign performance and business outcomes.

This role requires deep, hands-on experience in AdTech audience targeting systems. You have previously owned or significantly contributed to targeting, segmentation, or identity-driven products and have demonstrated measurable impact on campaign performance.

You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Marketing, shaping both the underlying targeting infrastructure and the product surfaces that enable it.

What you'll do

Product Strategy & Direction

  • Translate company objectives into targeting strategy that enables customers to improve campaign performance
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve targeting precision, scale, and usability

Problem Framing & Value Definition

  • Define clear problem statements grounded in customer outcomes (e.g., reach, match rate, performance lift)
  • Establish success metrics for targeting capabilities and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Prioritize initiatives based on expected impact to customer performance and business value

Solution Quality & Tradeoff Judgment

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design targeting systems that balance:
    • Accuracy vs scale
    • Latency vs performance
    • Flexibility vs system complexity
  • Ensure solutions are durable, measurable, and aligned with long-term platform direction
  • Avoid over-investment in low-impact targeting features or excessive system complexity

Technical Fluency & Systems Understanding

  • Work closely with Data and Engineering to understand:
    • Audience ingestion pipelines
    • Identity resolution inputs and dependencies
    • Data quality and signal reliability
  • Translate system constraints into product decisions and roadmap sequencing
  • Engage deeply in discussions around data models, APIs, and targeting infrastructure

Outcome Accountability

  • Own performance of targeting capabilities as measured by:
    • Campaign performance improvements enabled by targeting
    • Audience match rates and signal utilization
    • Targeting efficiency and precision
  • Drive iteration through experimentation, data analysis, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure targeting capabilities consistently enable acquisition of high-value customers

Scope & Organizational Influence

  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Act as the central point of accountability for targeting strategy and tradeoffs
  • Communicate clearly with leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience within AdTech or MarTech, with direct ownership of audience targeting or segmentation systems
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance through targeting strategies (e.g., conversion lift, efficiency gains, higher-quality audiences)
  • Deep experience working with:
    • Audience segmentation platforms
    • Identity graphs or identity resolution systems
    • Targeting and optimization systems
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data pipelines and audience ingestion flows
    • Signal quality, enrichment, and data reliability
    • Tradeoffs between scale, accuracy, and latency in targeting systems
  • Experience partnering closely with Data Science or ML teams on model-driven targeting
  • Ability to define, measure, and iterate using experimentation and performance data
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into product decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What success looks like

  • Targeting capabilities enable measurable improvements in campaign performance
  • Increased audience scale & match rates, and effective use of available signals
  • Targeting systems that balance scale, precision, and performance
  • Clear, shared understanding of targeting metrics across teams
  • Strong alignment between Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing on targeting strategy
  • Continuous iteration and improvement driven by data and experimentation

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
