We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.
So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.
MNTN is building a world-class partner marketing engine focused on driving pipeline, accelerating customer adoption, and generating measurable revenue alongside strategic partners. This role offers the opportunity to scale and operationalize a partner ecosystem already positioned for meaningful growth through strong account overlap across key partners, established relationships with leading technology and agency organizations, and immediate opportunities to influence pipeline through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will drive the execution and evolution of programs that transform partner engagement into a scalable, repeatable revenue channel. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with direct impact on pipeline generation, partner growth, and overall business performance.
What you’ll do
- Design and operationalize a scalable partner marketing engine spanning co-selling, co-marketing, and customer expansion initiatives
- Translate partner data, including overlapping prospects and shared customers, into pipeline-generating opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and Customer Success to launch and scale co-selling and expansion motions
- Identify high-value overlapping accounts and facilitate warm introductions between MNTN and strategic partners
- Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including events, thought leadership, and paid media initiatives aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Ensure co-selling programs are supported with the appropriate collateral, enablement, training, and Salesforce attribution frameworks
- Track and report on partner-driven performance metrics across pipeline creation, onboarding, campaign launches, revenue impact, and retention
- Identify and activate new high-potential partners while continuously optimizing programs based on performance insights and business impact

- After 90 days, you will:
- Produce a "What I've Heard" synthesis document that captures your audit of the current landscape, including what’s working well, what we should stop, start, and continue, an assessment of partner-facing assets, and aggregated partner feedback
- Identify and execute 2–3 quick wins and document their results
- Prepare and present a six month partner marketing plan, including clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics
- To achieve this, you will need to:
- Think like an operator
- Move between strategy and execution seamlessly
- Align across Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
- Prioritize impact and focus resources on what drives the most value
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, growth, or a related role in a B2B technology company
- Proven track record of building or scaling partner-driven pipeline or revenue programs
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps teams
- Strong understanding of co-selling motions and partner ecosystems
- Ability to operate in a 0→1 environment, building systems from the ground up
