About The Role:
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and leadership team at Mochi Health to advance strategic initiatives, optimize cross-functional operations, and ensure company-wide alignment with our mission to improve patient-centered healthcare. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and strategic skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic goals
- Oversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with organizational priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, providers, and team members
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes within healthcare to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Facilitate collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and driving operational efficiency
- Conduct research and analysis on healthcare policy, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities, with a high capacity for handling multiple initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry policies
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions
- Adaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
